Cancellation policy prepaid: our operation is weather dependent. please phone if uncertain of weather conditions. in the event of weather cancellation your booking date will be changed to a day of your choice, alternatively a full refund will be returned less 20% administration costs.
A bookit service charge of $20 applies to all cancellation refunds.
If a cancellation is recieved within 24 hours of the booked service date a loss of 100% of the total cost will apply.
Cancellations recieved 48 hours before booked date are reimbursed 100% less administration costs.
